Spoiler: The Perfect Time Doesn’t Exist
There will never be a perfect time. For anything.
I kept telling myself, wait.
Wait until you have more money.
Wait until you’re settled again.
Wait until someone helps you.
Wait until it’s the perfect time… But all that waiting did was keep me still and make me older.

I can’t wait until everything’s perfect to start.
Because “someday” isn’t a date on the calendar… it’s a trap.
A trap that keeps you saying, “I’ll just work here for a little while…” — until suddenly, it’s five years later, you’re 37, and still in the same place you promised yourself would be your “last restaurant job.”
But not anymore. I’m done waiting.
